• We recommend making appointments as early as possible, but last minute appointments are always welcome! Please call and ask for an opening time.
• We may be closed without notice due to unexpected travel services or commercial shoots.

Cancellation Policy:

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require 48 hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 48 hour window are subject to a charge for each service. All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

More than 10 minute late appointment will be automatically canceled.

Multiple services /Bridal Parties : Less than 7 day notice will result in a charge of 50% cancellation fee, and 48 hour notice will result in a charge in full. Because of this policy, a valid credit card number is required at time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card and certificate holders.

Other Policy:

*We don’t have waiting area in our salon as we are private salon that runs by appointment only.
*We don’t allow any pets including service dogs in our salon as we have clients who are severely allergic to animals. (Owner Saiko also has strong allergy to animals.) Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
*Parking : We have underground parking in our site, and it will be all day free with our receipt. Please show the receipt to parking attendant when you leave the site.
*Eyelash lift(perm) : Please do not touch or get them wet for 24 hours after the session. When you have eyelash extensions on, you need to get them removed for additional fee. Curls last about 6 weeks, and we recommend to repeat the session with 6 week cycle or more to avoid damage.
*If you need re-do service, we offer one-time complementary session in 7 days from your appointment date.
